Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown invites energetic individuals to join our dining events as temporary banquet servers during the holiday season. You will deliver high-quality service, assist with setup and teardown, and ensure guest satisfaction at functions across our venue.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, weekend and holiday shifts, and a chance to gain hospitality experience in a busy events environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and A/V needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table, buffet, and bar setup.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen with updates on changes.

What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
