DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Temporary Part-Time Banquet Servers for the holiday season. You will support events with attentive, professional service.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, strong customer service and teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior banquet or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, and AV needs.
• Assist set up staff with table, buffet, and bar setups.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Serve beverages for functions and provide prompt service.
• Communicate with the kitchen about changes.
• Provide professional service to all guests.
