DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking friendly, energetic Banquet Servers for the holiday season. Join a busy events team delivering attentive service for conferences, banquets, and celebrations on-site.

This temporary, part-time role offers flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with opportunities to gain hospitality experience while working in a dynamic hotel setting. You will assist with table setup, beverage service, and ensuring quality presentations for guests.

Formación

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
Serve beverages for the function.
Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
