• This is an AS NEEDED position*
  
  

The Banquet Server assists the Café Manager, Banquet Coordinator and Nutritional Services Department in executing successful banquets, meetings, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Booking rooms for initial meetings and working closely with vendors and meeting hosts to plan and execute events.
• Room set up duties include setting up tables, linens, chairs and other banquet equipment in accordance with customer requests.
• Set up duties also include but are not limited to rolling silverware and setting tables, preparing meals with assistance from Sous chef, transporting food and other equipment to and from the conference center.
• Responsibilities include conference room clean up and teardown at the conclusion of events.
• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must obtain Food Handler Certification from an ANSI accredited program within one month of hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  
  

SALARY INFORMATION:

$15.50 - $21.00 Dependent on Experience

10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Additional $2.00 - $4.00 an hour for additional weekend and night shifts

APPLICATION WINDOW: Minimum of three days, and until it is filled
