• Setting up and tearing down banquet tables and buffets
• Clearing table settings between courses
• Assisting with room and table cleanup after events
• Opening and closing banquet checks in our point-of-sale system
• Pitching in wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly, working closely with the rest of the banquet team
