East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO is seeking a Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor to lead banquet and catering events while overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations at Charter Steakhouse. You’ll manage on-site service, coach staff, and coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-volume F&B or banquet experience with proven leadership, strong knowledge of BEOs, event logistics, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume food & beverage or banquet experience.
• Strong working knowledge of BEOs, event logistics, staffing, and banquet execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all banquet and catered events from setup through breakdown, serving as on-site operational lead to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Review BEOs and coordinate event logistics including staffing, timelines, vendor coordination, and service flow.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, direct teams during events, and manage real-time problem solving and adjustments.
• Build schedules, train, coach, and supervise banquet staff while monitoring labor and supporting financial targets.
• Track post-event financials and billable items, support payroll/admin reporting, and identify upsell and revenue opportunities.
