Job summary

East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO, seeks a Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor for Charter Steakhouse to lead on-site event execution and provide day-to-day restaurant leadership. You will oversee banquet staff, coordinate with events teams, and ensure every guest interaction reflects outstanding hospitality.

This full-time, on-site role offers $20-$22 per hour, flexible evenings and weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all banquet and catered events from setup through breakdown, serving as on-site operational lead to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
• Review BEOs and coordinate event logistics including staffing, timelines, vendor coordination, and service flow
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, direct teams during events, and manage real-time problem solving and adjustments
• Build schedules, train, coach, and supervise banquet staff while monitoring labor and supporting financial targets
• Track post-event financials and billable items, support payroll/admin reporting, and identify upsell and revenue opportunities
