Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients for service including washing, chopping, measuring, and portioning.
• Assists with bulk preparation for banquets and events.
• Supports pastry production by scaling ingredients, assembling components, and basic finishing tasks.
• Sets up prep stations and maintains stock and labeling.
• Follows recipes and plating guides with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains sanitation and proper food storage at all times.
• Communicates effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Cleans and closes prep areas at shift end.
• Performs other duties as assigned by culinary leadership.
