Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Prep Cook to deliver high-quality dining experiences by preparing food with consistency, accuracy, and care. You will follow brand recipe cards, document rotations, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include cooking to guest requests, maintaining cleanliness in uniform, and proactively managing par levels and equipment upkeep to prevent service obstacles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Properly document all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
