Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Banquet staff member for Murfreesboro Embassy Suites to lead events and support service delivery during busy banquets in the Murfreesboro, TN area.

This full-time role requires 6+ months of banquet experience and a readiness to obtain food safety and alcohol service certifications within 90 days. You will lift up to 50 pounds, supervise team members, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of banquet experience and some leadership exposure.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Delphi experience is a plus for event management.

Responsibilities

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments.
• Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards from start to finish.
• Keep spaces clean, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and assist to ensure a smooth guest and team experience.
