Qualifications

• Ability to supervise a team of banquet staff and manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet associates during events, overseeing setup, service, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with Banquet Manager to determine serving arrangements, staffing, and equipment.
• Maintain open communication with guests and meeting planners to address needs and changes.
• Coordinate with Banquet Chef for smooth kitchen-to-table transitions and accurate guest counts.
• Directly supervise up to 30 associates in the Banquet department.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and report gratuities received.
