You will read BEOs to set up function rooms, maintain banquet equipment, assist guests, and support catering operations; you’ll work as the backbone of every event.

Qualifications

• Ability to read Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and set up function rooms accordingly.
• Comfort with lifting and moving equipment up to 100 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail in event setup and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret BEOs to set up function rooms according to specifications.
• Know layout of all function rooms and related areas for various setups.
• Set up and break down departmental functions with proper equipment placement.
• Maintain banquet equipment and ensure proper storage and maintenance.
• Assist guests and refer requests beyond your responsibilities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in function rooms and storage spaces.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning of function room areas.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds for brief periods.
