Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations, staffing and event setup.
• Work with PCC Food and Beverage Manager, clients and departments to ensure seamless events.
• Drive a safe work environment and maintain high service standards.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for banquet events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health standards and labor laws.
