Job summary

Captain-Pinehurst Country Club seeks a Dining Operations Supervisor to oversee daily dining outlets, staff hiring/training, and payroll control. You will schedule shifts, coach staff, and ensure high service standards for guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required with a minimum of two years related experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and complete pre-employment MVR checks.
Ability to supervise 30-40 dining outlet staff and manage payroll/expenses.
Willingness to work across multiple outlets and shifts in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily dining operations and oversee service across outlets.
Hire, train and develop dining staff; manage scheduling and payroll control.
Ensure reservations, room setups, and service standards meet Pinehurst guidelines.
Monitor reports, budgets, and payroll; participate in staff performance reviews.
Address guest concerns and coordinate with management on issues as needed.
