Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive safe, responsible operation of a company vehicle and comply with MVR checks.
• Interview and hire dining outlet staff to Pinehurst standards.
• Ensure staff training per Pinehurst guidelines and proper reservations handling.
• Set up dining rooms for all meal periods and supervise service flow.
• Oversee payroll and expense control for dining outlets.
• Develop staff from bussers to servers and monitor performance.
