Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead our Banquets operation and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will build a stellar team by selecting, training, leading, and motivating staff across the department, reporting to the Director of Banquets.

The role requires MICROS knowledge, 2–3 years in Food & Beverage, and TABC & Food Handlers certifications. US work authorization is required. Flexible schedule with open 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage.
• TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Banquet or event experience preferred.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Banquets operation and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Select, train, lead and motivate all staff in the department.
• Report to the Director of Banquets and collaborate with other teams.
