Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as Banquet Manager.
• Knowledge of menu planning, wine selections and service standards.
• Experience with event budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of banquet staff to ensure superb service.
• Review function orders, menus and equipment needs with Chef and Catering.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain adherence to safety, sanitation and liquor regulations.
