Atrium Hospitality is seeking a banquet supervisor to lead the banquet team, coach staff, and ensure flawless event execution. You will collaborate with sales, culinary, and events to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and hospitality.

The role emphasizes coaching, budget-minded management, and a hands-on approach to daily operations to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
• At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role.
• Leadership potential or experience—you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
• Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching, training, and keeping energy high (even when the coffee runs low).
• Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
