You will supervise banquet staff, coordinate with the culinary team, and ensure flawless execution from setup through post-event follow-up, while upholding club standards and guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment with strict safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 2–4 years banquet/catering supervisory experience.
• Private club experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of banquet and club events, including room setup, service execution, event flow, breakdown, and post-event cleanup.
• Manage daily and weekly banquet staff schedules based on event volume and club standards.
• Train banquet employees in service standards, procedures, and guest service expectations.
• Partner with Catering Director to review upcoming events, staffing needs, and floor plans.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet spaces and proper storage and equipment.
