Job summary

The Captain will supervise staff, review event orders, and maintain the highest standards of service while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banquet servers during banquets to ensure timely service.
• Reviews banquet event orders with Chef and on-site host before events.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and upholds ASM Global standards.
• Inspects function space for cleanliness and ambiance before events.
• Provides feedback on staff performance to manager.
