Legends / ASM Global seeks a Banquet Captain for the Shreveport Convention Center. The role leads service staff, ensures high-level guest service, and upholds beverage service policies during events. Requires strong leadership, English communication, and 2+ years in banquet settings.

Responsibilities include guiding servers, coordinating with managers, managing cash handling, and maintaining sanitation and setup standards across events.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years banquet service experience in high-volume settings.
• Ability to lead a team independently without active management.
• Experience with upscale dining in a similar facility preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of Banquet Event Order (BEO) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct setup, service and breakdown of banquet events.
• Supervise servers, cashiers and temporary staff during events.
• Ensure guest service standards and beverage service compliance.
• Inspect function space for cleanliness and ambiance before events.
• Assist with plate-ups and cash handling as needed.
• Prepare post-event task lists and debrief with supervisors.
