Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree and at least 3 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license with pre-employment MVR checks
• Ability to work across multiple F&B outlets and shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations and staffing
• Coordinate event setup, service and breakdown
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations
• Work with PCC Banquet Chef and departments for seamless events
• Attend daily and weekly meetings and provide event recaps
• Handle emergencies calmly and maintain SOPs
