Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, execution, service, and breakdown of banquets, private events, weddings, meetings, and other functions.
• Ensure event spaces are set per specifications, including decor, tables, and service stations for high standards.
• Lead and direct banquet staff before, during, and after events.
• Communicate event timelines, service expectations, and guest requests clearly to the team.
• Collaborate with Banquet Manager, F&B management, culinary team, and other departments for seamless events.
• Monitor service quality, timing, presentation, and hospitality standards.
• Maintain professional presence when interacting with members, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating banquet staff.
