Responsibilities

• Check Banquet Staff’s Event Orders for accuracy.
• Set up banquet room as instructed by management and ensure directions are followed.
• Serve the food and/or beverages to guests per supervisor expectations.
• Coordinate with banquet colleagues on set-ups and time schedules for all functions.
• Act as point of contact for group representatives when management is not present.
