Responsibilities include coordinating events, supervising staff, collaborating with clients, and ensuring timelines, safety, and inventory are managed smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as banquet captain or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be TABC and Food Handler certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Banquet Manager in coordinating and overseeing banquet events from setup to cleanup.
• Supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor event timelines and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper setup of banquet spaces.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
