Job summary

Legends Global in El Paso, TX seeks a Banquet Captain to oversee daily F&B event operations across multiple venues, ensuring flawless service and safety. You will supervise bartending, catering and concessions teams, manage setup and breakdown, and maintain inventory accuracy for all banquet areas.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences during meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of banquet set up experience in a large/high-volume venue.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to learn databases/systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage team during events, ensuring high standards of service.
• Supervise setup, service, and breakdown while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Train and motivate team members to deliver consistent service.
• Organize and maintain storage areas, manage inventory and rotate products properly.
• Submit end-of-month inventory reports for liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies and catering equipment.
