  • Work directly with the Banquet Chef to coordinate food service, timing, presentation, replenishment, and any special menu requirements.
  • Work with Restaurant Management to ensure appropriate restaurant staffing is available to support events when additional service staff are needed.
  • Actively participate in event service, including greeting guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining event spaces, and assisting with setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Monitor the event throughout service to ensure proper timing, presentation, cleanliness, guest service, and adherence to the BEO.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service issues during events, escalating concerns to the appropriate manager when necessary.
  • Complete event breakdown and ensure all equipment, furniture, supplies, and event materials are returned to their designated locations.
  • Inspect event and public areas following each function to ensure spaces are clean, organized, and properly reset.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self‑starting personality with an even disposition and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to meet property standards of appearance and professionalism.
  • Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
  • Ability and willingness to actively participate in setup, service, and breakdown of events.
