Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive experience in Food & Beverage Management.
• Minimum two years in a Banquet Operations leadership role.
• Large convention hotel/high-volume experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Serve Safe certified food manager; TIPs required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of banquet operations to ensure high-quality service and cost control.
• Supervise set-up, service, and break-down of events; coordinate with culinary and sales teams.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards; prepare for health inspections.
• Forecast materials and staffing needs; manage budgets and inventory.
• Lead, train and develop banquet staff; conduct daily stand-ups and schedule walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Sales to promote events and maximize profitability.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
