Responsibilities

• Supervise setup and breakdown of events during shift, assisting as needed.
• Captain events by directing servers, bartenders, and housemen through all phases.
• Assist with buffet setup and food orders when required.
• Circulate the floor during service to assist and check tables.
• Confirm guest counts for accurate billing and reporting.
• Generate guest checks and captain reports for each event.
• Create side work tasks and follow up on completion.
• Coach staff in real-time and report attendance or performance concerns.
