You will coordinate with kitchen, front desk, set-up and sales teams, lead an attentive banquet staff, and uphold our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. culture while meeting brand standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members.
• Strong passion for hospitality and service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee events and set‑up/breakdown of function rooms to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Act as guest contact and coordinate with kitchen, front desk, setup and sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and brand standards.
• Coordinate inventory with event calendar and BEO to ensure resources match needs.
• Inspect function areas for cleanliness and readiness; rectify deficiencies with departments.
• Total outstanding charges, prepare and present checks to event contacts per cashiering policies.
