The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a dedicated hotel events setup associate for Marriott Metro Centre in Owings Mills, MD. You will set up meeting rooms, transport tables, chairs, and equipment according to guest specifications to ensure smooth event flow.

You will maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, assist coworkers, and uphold safety standards while working a physically active shift; English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with even disposition.
• Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Communicate well with guests and be a team player.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects up to 100 lbs and push heavier loads up to 500 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with the team.
• Set up meeting rooms per guest specifications, including transporting tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep them presentable.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
