Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move heavy objects (tables, chairs, podiums up to 100 lbs) and assist with room setup/breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, stages and related equipment.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glassware and water.
• Break down rooms after events and return supplies to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule to keep rooms presentable at all times.
• Be available to work a regular schedule and comply with attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
