Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead the daily execution of banquet events, from breakfasts to galas, delivering memorable experiences that reflect Hilton's warmth.

Formación

• At least two years of supervisor/manager experience in banquets, preferably within hotels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of banquet operations and best practices.
• Experience with unionized teams is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and proactively enhance experiences.
• Plan, organize, and execute banquet events (breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, galas).
• Oversee setup of function rooms to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Event Services, Operations, AV, and Housekeeping teams.
• Supervise and develop team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
