About the Role: As Banquet and Catering Manager, you will lead our ROCKSTAR TEAM in excellence, creating memorable guest experiences and delivering impeccable customer service.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the city market, a proven track record of growing revenue, profit, and market share, and a dynamic, analytical background.
Responsibilities: Supervising and managing all banquet events, catering orders, and banquet TEAM operations. Coordinate with Sales TEAM to understand requirements, plan and manage events, oversee food and beverage, setup, service, and breakdown, resolve customer complaints, and train/manage the banquet TEAM for customer satisfaction and quality service. May involve budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Requirements: Proven experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining, hospitality degree preferred, knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, cost control, leadership skills, creativity, organizational skills, physical stamina, high-pressure adaptability, health and safety standards, T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certifications, and excellent communication skills.
Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000.
