About the Role: As Banquet and Catering Manager, you will lead our ROCKSTAR TEAM in excellence, creating memorable guest experiences and delivering impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities:Banquet and Catering Manager is responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of all banquet events, catering orders and banquet TEAM. Coordinate with Sales TEAM to understand requirements and expectations for functions, plan and manage all events, coordinate operations including food and beverage, set up, service and breakdown, resolve customer complaints as necessary. Train and manage Banquet TEAM to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.
Requirements:
Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000
