Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix seeks an experienced Banquet Operations Lead to oversee banquet services across the hotel, coordinating closely with our Events team to deliver unique, memorable events and flawless guest experiences.

You will manage shifts, read weekly Banquet Events Orders, ensure product quality and space cleanliness, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced luxury setting. Join a forward-thinking brand recognized for its exceptional service and guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee banquet services throughout the hotel
• Regularly communicates and collaborates with our internal Events team and clients to execute unique and memorable events
• Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
• Professional, yet comfortable with candid & open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Able to read and comprehend weekly Banquet Events Orders
• Ensure product quality and event space cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Coach, lead and develop team
