Job summary

• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking and standing through shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision.
• Coordinate the flow of service and ensure timely meals.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver guest experiences.
• Handle audio-visual setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory control.
