Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO is hiring a banquet server for a full-time role. You will transform meeting spaces for events, assist guests, and work with AV equipment, while upholding safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

We seek 6+ months banquet or serving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; food safety/alcohol certs or willingness to obtain within 90 days, with a strong guest-service focus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of banquet or serving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Transform meeting rooms into event-ready spaces per the BEO and keep areas guest-ready.
• Be the go-to person for guests during events and assist with needs.
• Set up and manage audio-visual equipment as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to protect guests and team.
