Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan is seeking an experienced Banquet Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-volume banquet meals, maintain quality, and ensure food safety in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in banquet or high-volume cooking, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Culinary certification is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
