Hyatt Regency Cincinnati is seeking a Banquet Line Cook to join our downtown kitchen. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will prepare banquet meals for guests, execute station mise en place, and contribute to flawless service for events and conferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in banquet or high-volume cooking.
• Culinary certificate or degree preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on food quality and safety.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability as needed.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
