Ideal candidates bring previous professional kitchen experience, ability to work varied day/night shifts, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $24.05 to $28.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work varied day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay on your feet for long periods.
• capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in food production and menu execution.
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen and proper storage.
• Prepare ingredients and support kitchen staff to meet production goals.
• Contribute to minimizing food waste through proper portioning and utilization.
