Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable with Michigan Liquor Control Commission Laws; SERV Safe certification required or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the staging of equipment, including China, glassware, flatware, and serving stations.
• Assign tasks to banquet servers and direct on-floor staff during events.
• Train new staff in a consistent fashion.
• Resolve employee conflicts, upset customers, and wrong orders quickly.
