Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute banquet menus for weddings, private parties, and club events.
• Collaborate with executive chef, culinary team, and event management on menus and budgets.
• Oversee all banquet food production, plating, and timely service.
• Maintain quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation.
• Train and develop banquet kitchen staff for teamwork and accountability.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and kitchen assignments.
• Monitor food inventory, purchasing, and waste to control costs.
• Ensure proper handling of allergies and dietary requests.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and club policies.
