Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Sous Chef in hospitality.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff.
• Ability to manage banquet events and high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and directs kitchen staff for daily banquet prep.
• Assists Executive Chef with banquets and tastings.
• Performs quality checks on all foods before service.
• Manages inventories, pricing, and cost controls for banquets.
• Maintains sanitation, safety and production pars across events.
• Helps train staff and develop new banquet recipes.
