Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Oklahoma City is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all hotel restaurant outlets on the PM shift, lead the Aria Lounge team, and ensure guest satisfaction through high culinary standards.

You will train staff, manage production, and coordinate with the Executive Chef while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. If you bring three years in kitchen leadership and a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine.

Qualificações

• Must communicate in English and maintain professional appearance.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities in a kitchen.
• Ability to train and direct staff to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assigning and directing the work and training kitchen staff to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Inspecting daily use records with chefs to ensure accurate estimates and compliance.
• Pulling food for daily production and utilizing leftovers effectively.
• Communicating directions clearly to staff, in writing and verbally.
• Attending staff meetings and proposing solutions to issues affecting food production.
• Maintaining cleaning standards and enforcing the 'clean as you go' policy.
• Inspecting all work stations and ensuring proper setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Preparing daily production charts.
