Job summary

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to assist the banquet team in daily operations, delivering prompt, courteous service in line with Omni standards. You will motivate staff, supervise shifts, and help manage department needs to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Supervision or Management role is preferred.
• Must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead through teamwork.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift.
• Assist in overall supervision of the banquet department.
• Complete Moments of Service checklist for banquets.
• Follow up on established training steps.
• Monitor guest comments and take corrective actions.
• Maintain high sanitation standards in food and beverage areas.
• Assist manager in scheduling, payroll, expenses and forecasting.
