Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Boston Marriott Burlington is seeking a motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant. You will direct setup and preparation of banquet rooms for events, assist with tear-down, and ensure spaces meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to follow instructions accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly detailed oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event order and standards.
• Clean and reset classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms; restock supplies.
• Refresh rooms during breaks and move convention materials as needed.
• Move and set up materials from loading docks to spaces; assist with tear down.
• Assist with bus tables and re-set as needed; resolve guest issues to create a positive experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff; stay aware of scheduled events.

This individual will help to direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions, as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function.If you have experience with setting up banquet events, enjoy making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you!
