Pyramid Global Hospitality at the Boston Marriott Burlington is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant to join our team. You will help to direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for events and assist with teardown.

The ideal candidate will be 18+ years old, able to follow instructions, detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. This role requires standing long hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order and to the standard set by Conference Services management.
• Daily cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms and team rooms.
• Refresh meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Complete special projects as directed by department management.
• Move convention material boxes and supplies between docks, rooms, or suites.
• Bus tables and re-set them as needed.
• Resolve guests’ issues and create an amazing experience.
• Coordinate with culinary and stewarding staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor all functions and meetings taking place at any given time.
