Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group in Scottsdale seeks a dependable Banquet House Person to support the banquet team in setting up event spaces, arranging furniture, and ensuring guest-ready rooms. You’ll help with linens, decorations, and equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will also assist with breakdowns and resetting rooms for subsequent events, report issues, and support staff as needed. A flexible, hands-on role in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment and furniture.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Hospitality or event experience is helpful but not required.
• Wlexible to work any days, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and layout requirements
• Move, arrange, and store tables, chairs, and event equipment
• Assist with placing linens, decorations, and setup materials
• Maintain cleanliness of event spaces, hallways, and storage areas
• Help with event breakdown and resetting rooms for the next function
• Report maintenance issues or missing equipment
• Support banquet staff with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures when lifting, moving, and setting equipment

The Role
