Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago is seeking a Stewarding Food Runner to support banquet and food & beverage operations by preparing and delivering food carts for events. You will work with Stewarding, Banquets, and F&B teams to ensure timely service and maintain cleanliness of dishes and equipment.

This role requires physical stamina and flexibility for nights and weekends as event schedules dictate. The position supports ensuring banquet areas have items required by the banquet event orders and

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/banquet service preferred but not required.
• Ability to read banquet event orders (BEOs) and follow written instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy for arranging carts and service items.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Read and follow banquet event orders to prepare food carts.
• Load carts with food, dishes, utensils, and service items.
• Deliver and position carts in banquet spaces per event needs.
• Keep carts and stewarding areas clean and organized.
• Safely transport items throughout the hotel.
• Return dishes and equipment after events.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation.
• Work with Banquets, Stewarding, Kitchen teams to support events.
